[Resolved]  Cred — Not refunded If transaction fails

I have tried to pay my HDFC credit card bill through CRED on 2nd July 49584. That amount reached to HDFC. CRED mentioned that they refund that amount. It’s already 5 days CRED not yet refunded. No proper support. It’s better don’t do any transactions with cred
