Cred — Payment failed but Amount debited from bank

I paid my RBL credit card bill through cred app via upi of 7411.08rs on 19/6/2/22with order I'd 38GW25QW3PZE my problem is payment failed but money got debited from account but not refunded till date 10/7/2022 I just complained to cred about this issue they told that wait for 3 to 5 days no use then they asked statement of account on day to day from 19/6/2022 to 10/7/2022 no use as my cc due date is 27/06/ I suffered a lot of this irresponsible pupil not having phone number for support just answering via mail and suddenly closed my ticket no 4809872 as its resolved but money not refunded please go through it
