Have made a credit card payment of Rs 24552.05 via cred app and the amount was deducted from my bank account and recieved message in CRED app payment failed.
The amount neither returned to bank account nor deposited to credit card account.
This was happened on 30th of june 22 and today is 8th July 22, its been almost 9 days since the payment made still not received the money back & getting calls from credit card to make the payment.
Sending mails on daily for CRED support, not received any response so far.
