Cred — Payment failed via Cred but no refund processed

I have made two payments towards the same Yes bank credit card via Cred. First payment was made on 3rd August and the second payment was made on 10th August. Total amount paid is Rs. 85, 864. Cred in the confirmation messages has said that they will process the refund in 4 days. However, it took them 4 days to even confirm the payment failure and no refund has been generated yet. In addition to this, I am being charged late fees (Rs 1000) and interest payment (Rs. 1474). I am not able to process my card payment because all my cash is being held with Cred. There is also no customer care or support from Cred's perspective which is just shocking for a financial services company. No responses and no way to reach them while they are dealing with so much money!!
