Cred — Payment Grievance

I have paid my electricity bill through CRED UPI app on 4th of January 2024 at 02.23 pm. The payment is shown successful in the app.
This payment is not received by WBSEDCL, they have tried several times but not received it through BILLDESKX payment gateway but it's still pending, and they have informed me that the payment is not done. Though the amount is debited from my account on the same day of the payment but its not done.
I am not getting any support or help from CRED UPI app. Please do help and look into this matter. ASAP. Its urgent as my payment is overdue and I have to pay penalty if it's not done within time to WBSEDCL.
