I have made payment through CRED App to Adani Electricity on dtd. 23.06.22 but till date it is showing as pending whereas utility company has charged me late fee & new bill generated in addition with old outstanding.
After raising complaint in App., there is no resolution till date.
I am not able to understand whether to repay the bill as my electricity connection may get disconnected if I am not punctual to pay.
This non-responsive service was never expected from CRED, further we could not able to contact you via phone to get fast response.
I am scared to do my high value credit card bill payments through CRED with such incident as it will impact heavily on me in terms of financially & credit ratings. Was this information helpful? |
