Cred — Payment not credited in my Credit Card but amount debited from my Bank order ID 68GN3LRN92

Payment not credited in my credit Card amount of Rs, 99000/- but amount debited form my bank ORDER id 68GN3LRN92.

This amount neither credited in my credit card nor refunded in to my bank account after the transaction 72 hours.

for that i have to pay additional charges to pay for late payment.
