Cred — Payment not credited in SBI credit card account

This is inform you that I have made a payment of Rupees 8231/- for my SBI credit card account ([protected]) and transaction ID - RV9ZV8WZ5V6 on dated[protected], But payment not credited in my account and last date of payment is 14-7-22.Today is[protected] but still showing payment is processing. I have mailed many time but not get proper response.
