Ordered product through CRED (Order No:.[protected]. Promised date of delivery is 04 Feb 2022 through Ecommerce Express but not delivered because of internal issues of ECommerce (AWB No:[protected]).Later i called them many times but they are Out for delivery (OFD) lock is applied on the product and asked to contact shopping portal i.e Pocket ECommerce and as my shopping portal is CRED I contacted them (even though there is no proper mechanism to contact). Again i Called E-commerce express many times and they are saying lock is opened we will deliver and next day when I called they the same OFD lock is applied. The loop is continuing again and again.CRED, portal ECommerce and E-commerece express are harassing me. Solve my problem and ensure the product is delivered to me.And book a case against these people as they are sufferring many and there is logic in speaking when contacted Was this information helpful? |
