I ordered product from cred app store and paid money beforehand. Order was placed on, 16 June 2022. Now after few days on 22 June 2022, I am seeing order status "delivered" in cred app as well as their courier partner xpressbees but I have not received the product yet. nobody from courier company called me nor my family or neighbors received the package.
When I saw delivered status I immediately contacted cred and they replied "We regret to inform you that there has been an unforeseen delay that has happened in delivering the shipment. In order to make this right for you, we are escalating this to our concerned team to have this checked. We would request you to allow us 72 hours to get back with an update on this." After that I followed up with another message and they said "to check with the family members/neighbors and security person and confirm the same." but neither me nor anyone from my family/neighbors received the package.
Also I asked them on various support channel "how it is possible to deliver package without OTP verification?" but I am not getting any response.
I raised ticket on xpressbees support channel too, but they are not responding at all.
So now I just need the resolution, either they can send me product or refund my money
