Cred — Product Under Warranty Not Supported

I have purchased the Go Noise Product on CRED Retailer Application Platform on April 2021. Product is covered under Warranty till May 2022. Since March 2021 one of the earbud stopped working completely.

I reached out to Vendor, Vendor redirected me to CRED team as they are the retailers for purchase as I am not the direct customer to Go Noise. Post intervention from CRED Team, Go Noise Team has picked up my ear buds for Services. However There is no further update since defective product has been picked up by Vendor team. (GO Noise ticket number : 68161). I reached out to CRED Support team for further follow up but later on there are no responses from CRED team as well.

However at present there are neither responses from Vendor as well as Retailer and I am not using the ear buds for which I have paid to CRED team and eventually to Vendor. But in this case both are not supporting.
