I have recently purchased an Oral-B electric toothbrush, order Id - M1112316 on the CRED store.
I have received a damaged product and I have escalated the same on the day I received the product.
Cred customer support is simply telling me to contact the merchant.
Isn't CRED's responsibility to resolve this? CRED takes no responsibility here?
Though I have sent dozens of mail and spent hours on call and explaining the issue, raised the complaint with the merchant i.e. P&G.
Its been 20days till now I have not got any response nor any solution from merchant or the CRED.
I have bought the product from CRED, so CRED should resolve the same.
Cred support is again and again just sending an automated mail to contact the merchant, and the merchant is not responding at all.
Ordering on cred is my mistake because you take 0 responsibility here.
I want the concerned authority to help me in getting my refund.
