My case flow chart as following
i was done order by cred app for smart watch
i have received delivery of order
i file complaint for defective of order on next day of delivery
reply received from CRED side product will be collect and refund will be credited before 20/03/2023 in your account
so i wait for refund up to 22/03/2023 and wait for product collection by saler
and but nobody came for product collection so I again requested by cred app and was informed refund was not received on 23/03/2023 and 25/03/2023
but not any reply comes from the cred app
after then I sent an email on 29/03/2023 for the same
but a reply comes from the cred app that the refunds claim window close
so I again request by email as per the following detail but still, date complaint not been resolved and the refund is pending
see attachment for complaint screenshot as per seller's reply policy has been violent by the customer but still date no detailed information given by seller about which policy violence by the customer
kindly do the needful for file a complaint against the cred app
