I have cancelled the order from jiomart on 20 September 2022 and refund was initiated by 22 September which was u
supposed to be credited in 7 working days maximum. But even after 15 days, multiple complains on social media, in app supports, via mail they are providing only one robotic auto reply that we are working on it. I have lost my hopes of getting back 526(After adjustment of offer) rupees. I'm planning to file in consumer court. Refund id was 801570T on cred application. Was this information helpful? |
