Cred — Refund on failed transaction

I did a upi transaction dated 25.09.2023 from cred app towards the advance payment of cred cash loan. however the money amounting to rs. 2723/- was deducted vide (ref no.[protected] but the transaction failed. i was expecting a refund for the transaction in 1-2 days since it was a upi transaction, however 7 days have passed but no result from bank end.

now after filing complaint with cred, they inform that vide utr no.[protected], they have refunded the money on the same date i.e. 25.09.2023.
however, on enquiring with bank, they tell that no money has been credited vide this utr no.

now everytime i contact cred, they ask for my latest bank transaction in pdf as a proof to show that no money is credited. and after wards they go silent. i have complainted to both my bank as well as cred but to no resort.
