Cred — Regarding about credit card payment

My name is Pawan Laxman Shinde, and I have been using the CRED application. On the date of 21.09.23, I made a payment towards my credit card. Although the amount was deducted from my account, the credit card payment is still pending, and the amount has not been credited to my credit card account.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring that the payment is properly credited to my credit card account.
