[Resolved] Cred — Regarding Payment made but not reflecting in CRED app

THe payment made on 07.07.2022 is failed but the amount is been debited to my account. It is not reflecting in CRED app. The amount is Rs 17108.19 having ref. no. RRN[protected]. ( Credited to CREDCLUB1 account xxxx7853 ). It has been 7 days now, no confirmation from Cred App and ICICI bank had confirmed that the amount is successfully transfered. Biggest issue is there is no customer care number and only mail. On mail also we dont get instant reply.
