I have made a rent payment from my Axis bank credit card account on 1st April 2022. I got a message on 4th April that the amount has successfully credited to landlord account but actually the amount wasn't credited at that time when i checked with landlord.
I raised complaint through mail but still waiting to get resolutions, Today it is 6th April almost more than 5 days have passed the payment is not credited to my landlord account. Payment was debited from my Axis credit card on 1st if april itself.
I need refund back or the money has to be credited to the account immediately. Was this information helpful? |
