Cred — Rent payment not done to landlord and no refund for 2 weeks

Hi

My name is Siddharth and I paid my rent on the 4th of October from the Cred app.

The landlord hasn’t revived it and neither have I got a refund.

I have tried to reach them via email, Twitter and chat but no resolution.

It’s a bit which says refund will happen in 4 days and should reach you by the 11.

Today is the 15th and I don’t know where my money went and have no clean view on it.

Plz help!

Hi,
I paid my rent on 4th of October and the payment failed and refund will be initiated by 11th of October 15 days are passed but no response

I even mailed the issue but no response, please anyone help me
