I ordered 2 products from EUME through CRED app. One product was delivered - Toilet kit. The other product (back pack) was not delivered. I noticed in the app that the product marked as delivered was the backpack while the toilet kit was marked as not delivered. I raised a complaint through the app on 22nd August (details in the trailing mail with screenshot). I also attached a photo of the product which was delivered to ensure that my issue was clear and understood. This took a long time followed by calls from your customer caste - 3 calls till date. I understand that the money paid for the toilet kit has been refunded as CRED claimed that they cannot deliver. But now the issue is that I have paid for the back pack but got the toilet kit instead which is about half the price of the backpack.
All I want is to pay for the toilet kit and get the refund for the back pack. The original error is by CRED/EUME logistics who have marked the wrong product as delivered. Was this information helpful? |
