Cred — TICKET NO.[protected] Paid 22000 via Rent Payment and still not refunded and not reached the landlord's account

Please help me resolve my issue. I have raised a ticked regarding my issue and support team is not responding since last 4 days. Its been more than 15 days and my amount is not refunded yet.

I have made a payment on 4th April of 22000 via Rent payment method but it didn't reach the landlord's account and Not even refunded to me.

literally the worst consumar care experience I am having.
