I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent transaction I initiated through the Cred platform. On October 30, 2023, I initiated a credit card payment amounting to INR 1, 81, 000 using Cred's services. Unfortunately, the payment has not been processed as of November 1, 2023.
I was prompted to seek a refund of the amount due to this delay, but to my dismay, Cred informed me that there is a technical issue preventing the crediting of my account. This response has left me frustrated and concerned, as the due date for this payment is scheduled for November 1, 2023.
What compounds my frustration is the lack of a customer care number or clear process to address such issues.
In times like these, efficient customer support is crucial, and the absence of this service greatly hampers customer confidence.
