Bitterly accused CRED App due to its failed payments when my amount has been debited from my account and Credit card did not receive any payments through this App even after a week and even longer time and still now I am fighting for that.
The payment of Rs. 6, 506.59 with order id "J53V3L61Y9Q" has already been posted towards your HDFC Bank Credit card ending with 9451, successfully on 9 Jan '23 with the UTR "[protected]"
Without knowing the 16 numbers of the credit card they have posted my amount to some other cards and asking to me to call hdfc customer care.
They have not even made 1 Rupee check and simply received amount from me and sent message that they have paid, but hdfc bank not confirming from their side that the payment received and asking the the card number which the amount paid in which hdfc banck also not mentioned the number clearly.
