AXIS BANK SIGNATURE VISA POINT REDEMPTION PROCEDURE (OR LACK THEREOF) IS VERY FRUSTRATING. THERE DOES NOT SEEM TO BE AN EASY WAY TO REDEEM POINTS ONLINE. "To redeem your PlusPoints, call our Customer Care on[protected] or[protected]MTNL & BSNL lines only)." WELL, GUESS WHAT? ... NONE OF THESE NUMBERS WORK. AND THAT'S NOT ALL!!
