[Resolved] Bajajfinserv Standard Chartered — bajaj finance insurance policy was transacted from my credit card without any noticed | |||
hello , Being a existing customer of bajajfinserv they give me one bajajfinserv standard chartered credit card.my bajaj finserv standard chartered credit card no is [protected].Yesterday around 4:29 pm i got sms from StanChart credit card section regarding" thank you for using credit card no.ending 3334 on 14032013 for INR 1680.00".When I called bajaj finserv standard chartered credit card customer care they told me transaction was made for some INSURANCE POLICY from BAJAJFINSERV.Now I want to how is this possible without any noticed amount of rs 1680.00 was transacted from my credit card for insurance .Even i dont know about this insurance policy.I want to cancel it right now.
