[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, — extra charges, | |||
i am using kotak credit card before four month and i deactivated with customer care center at that time on 30th of march 2013 and i paid 250RS of my total bill amount in cash at vv nagar branch as customer representative said to me and also at branch office also i conform regarding my card deactivation and they said ok if you pay 250 rs theen your card will deacivate. But before two day i get a call from bank and they said you have to pay 2025/- RS for your credit card i am not agree to pay extra charges because i make payment 250RS before the date said by customer representative then why theis extra charge if i already deactivated the card. And if card is not deactivated then why bank not inform me regarding extra charges and they have not send ed any monthly statement on mail or on home address. i have not received any monthely statement or bill from bank from last four monthe. so please help me and consider my complain Was this information helpful? | |||
