Respected sir\ madam;
I am sathish kumar from tamil nadu my dob is 15.05.1979, i have applied for housing loan in sbi.in my cibil it shows a lots of loans that i listed below but still this date i did not get any loan for me, so i need the clarification for this immediately

And also my personal detail and address also showing wrongly. And email ids showing is also wrong (Two ids wrong one is right)

Name and dob mentioned under personal info variations is also wrong (Name :kumar sathish, dob: 15.05.1976)

Moreover i don't have passport but the cibil report shows passport number.

Loan details which are wrongly captured as below.

(1) opening date 22.12.2006 sanction amt-670, 000/- closing balance - 214, 249.

(2) opening date 04.07.2014 sanction amt-50, 00, 000/-closing balance-nil

Respected Sir\ Madam;
I am Sathish Kumar from Tamil nadu my dob is 15.05.1979, I have applied for housing loan in SBI.In my CIBIL it shows a lots of loan that I listed below but still this date I did not get any loan for me, so I need the clarification for this immediately.

And also I don't have Passport, but my CIBIL report showing passport number.
Moreover I have applied my PAN card in the year of 2011 only, but my CIBIL is showing credit details from the year 2006, which should not be under my name.

Personal info variations page is showing wrong details such as My name "Kumar Sathish" and DOB as "15.05.1976". and also my personal email ID also showing wrongly. There was 3 emails in which one is mine ([protected]@gmail.com) and the other TWO emails are not related to me.

First page of my CIBIL is showing my address as totally wrong. I am worried that my CIBIL is showing some other persons details as well.

Hence I request you to please correct and delete the below credit details from my CIBIL report immediately and confirm.

(1)Opening date 22.12.2006 sanction amt-6, 70, 000/- closing balance-2, 14, 249/-

(2)Opening date 04.07.2014 sanction amt-50, 00, 000/-closing balance- 0.00/-

We regret the inconvenience caused to you. You can now raise an on-line dispute for any data inaccuracy reflecting in your report. Please fill and submit the dispute resolution form available at: https://www.cibil.com/dispute/

Once you have raised the dispute CIBIL’s Dispute Resolution Team will analyze and route the dispute to the respective Credit institutions for confirmation. Please remember that CIBIL cannot modify any information in the database without confirmation from the relevant Credit Institutions.

I have raised the dispute in 17th Feb with Dispute ID CDS[protected].

Till now i havn't get any response from the team (simply getting interim response saying reminder sent on so and so date)

But the resolution should be taken place with in the 30 days.

However my dispute is not been resolved even after 30days.

Please resolve this immediately.
