Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — information collected and reported by cibil
Surprising to note and know that the particular corporate is collecting the information of financial institutes and banks. Of india - what ever the information is provided by them it is considered true and fair. - they should report to the finance and revenue dept, that the financial institutes and banks are charging abnormal rate of interest which effects to small consumers and customers - i.E. Rate of interest charged by them ranging from 40% to 50% per annum. And small customers of bharat are not aware of this - ultimately their accounts become bad and non-performing. So that the credential of the customers are going down and they are not able to utilize their energy in productive manner. Ultimately it resulted into increase o[censored]nemployment. - the reserve bank of india has also no control over the policy and regulation regarding the interest charged by the financial institutes. Rbi has informed that they have their own policy and system of charging the cost of finance. - the cibil has to report this information to revenue and finance dept and other relevant authority to reduce the defaulters and effects to small customers. - all the financial institutes and banks are considering the information report provided of customers - as supreme court judgement. Whether it is wrong or right. - the cibil corporate body is just collecting information from the financial institutes and bank - they are not making cross check with customers. In my case the information provided by the best nationalized banks - i.E. Sbi and pnb - that the accounts are already closed regularly before 7 to 8 years - it show in cibil report as overdue balance. How it is correct information provided by the bank. The cibil has to cross check with customers with proper supporting documents . The details are provided below: member name : dena bank opened - 12.10.20006 - sanctioned - 550000 - auto loan - you have shown current balance is rs. 161195/- - really there is no words to described about the administration - - pl confirm with the member - it has several time reported and informed to your administration - but no actions are initiated by administration - the policy of your administration could not understood - improve your policy of admn and correct the report immly 2. Member name - not disclosed - but it punjab national bank - aa road, vadodara - gujarat account opened - 04.08.2014 - current balance - 215 - overdue - 215 it is surprising information noted in the report - it has also been informed and reported by the member several times but your admn has not taken care to improve or correct the same - really we appreciate - the very good administration of the big corporate information body- which is mistaking in very criteria - once again i request you to improve you admn - give proper justice to the customers Was this information helpful?
