Hi team,

This mail is regarding a issue in credit report pulled by state bank of india with ref number #: 17112610

I have applied for home loan with state bank of india with my mother "meena devi" as co borrower with pan card number "cjnpd9783p"

Credit report for my mother shows a auto loan (Dated[protected] running on her name, but this is not the case.

We have applied her pan card last year only and after that we have not applied any loan on her name.

I want you rectify this error as this is affecting my loan approval process. Bank will only disburse loan when this credit report is correct.

I want to highlight few points in credit report:

Crif report does not show any issue but cibil showing an auto loan.

I want you to take quick action in this regard.

I purchased cibil report and I got wrong loan details added in my account even bank manager of that bank confirms that account not belong to me. I
raised dispute but there is no reply from your side. I m facing so much problem for my loan because o[censored] people. My dispute id is CDS[protected] bank related to kotak bank
