Respected sir/madam, i have received a call from credit sudhaar services to my cibil score is below 750. Then i asked him to what will i do to increase the score then he replied "if you take a plan from credit sudhaar" then he promised me to solve my problem, after that i paid the amount with tax and service tax, as he told. After that they are suggesting me to take a secured credit card. Already i have paid amount to increase my score. So how can again i pay for credit card. I asked to credit sudhaar councillor to repay my amount but she is not responding about amount refund. So please i am requesting you to solve my problem.

Updated by NLJ From credit sudhaar i got call and give false commitment regarding credit score improvement.
After paying amount no proper response
First they told me to pay 18000 so that my problem will be solved. Then they asked me to pay more 10000 which i paid to them.. I need my money back. Worst company for credit score improvement or other issues.
Uneducated staff who eats your brain but won't give proper solution.
No one is being benefitted with the improvement of score. I have being facing this from last 6 months. Company simply forget the customer and just simply update in their board that tried calling, no response, kindly contact us and rest customer chase for it.
Now i think i should make a group or forum and collectively make a complaint (Fir) against this company. I want my money back from this fraud company.
Pls stop playing with words and cheat customers with your the so called profession.
