[Resolved]  Credit Sudhaar Services — credit sudhaar services refund money please, cheating credit sudhaar company

Hi, My Name is Mahesh (CS186449) and mobile number +91-[protected]. I have two credit cards with default status and total outstanding(Amex+Citi)=70000+100000=1700000. Initially they said will provide all service loan and best quotation..etc asked membership for 13300r/-rs. After paid the amount I got call from Credit sudhaar internal team and they said will provide the loan and we working on that and you get call from consular(Shardha) what ever she said tell agree and she is consular she will not do anything like. Consular called me and she is saying we will not give any loan assurance like. after that I asked refund amount 13300/-rs. --No response cheated

After few day again Interal team called me. you can eligible for loan with 200% assurance and loan is ready for two card close and asked first pay for negative status account pay for principle amount (47200/-rs) for card. I accepted and paid. After paying I paid again next day i got call from Credit Sudhaar internal team amount is successfully Processed and for Loan asked processing fees 27000/-rs. I am checking 47200/-rs double time and telling with 8 days of time it will update to card. Next day i got call from Consular(Manger level) and she is said, I haven't paid for card that is service. I shocked and asking refund. and daily sending mails to Customer care and Grivence cell. No reply not use.

Big cheaters (Swtha Reddy alias mounika, Raj, Dennis, Shardha, Madhura)-

No Customercare compaint number and Grivence number.

It is Big game and cheating to the peoples. How government is accepting this kind of Company. I have all proofs

I am not aware of Platinum plan and other plans. Please Cancel the Exqusite plan and pay for 47200rs Citi bank Credit Card as per your team mentioned.

For the two cards I have total outstanding 170000/-rs.

I have joined 13300rs for Membership with Loan assurance and best qutation promice given by Dennis while joining time.

I have't get any best qutation and Loan assurance from Shardha (Counsulor). - west of money(not use).

After some time your people calling me.Given loan assureance for Partial amount remining after paying 47200/rs and
I have agree and paid 47200/-rs for the negitive status account card payment. And get the conformation from Call from
your team the payment will be update with in the 8 days.The same i have informed Banker's Amex and Citi bank peoples.

After some time Madhura(Consular) called me and informed you paid for service not for Card.

Here First thing, No comunnication between you and your team. But All people working in Same company.
Because of your misscomunication, Peoples loosing thire money and time and life spoile your doing not for favor.

One most bad thing form Credit Sudhar, Befor Calling Cousulor or Complient call, The Internal tem calling
and suggesting agree, the will not work and we only woking and we will only taking care by everything and will prove
Loan assurance evering from Cibll and just say okey from Cibill. It is looking like fraud to the Customer.

While talking Juyal, I think he is explaing regarding already whic is I have paid 13300/-rs.And informed 47200/-rs
for the negitive status account amount. May be some communication issue by mistakely aggred. And Imeddiatly I am trying to
reaching you with in 30 min. No one is availabe may you(Madhura counsullor) connected with 40 or 45 min.

I have requested to you a lot to you(Madhura) with in 40 min and your saying already started the process.
Here you can understand, We are not Robo and not working Computer. Here Manpower required because this kind of switation.
Please first understand the Customers helps and do needful.

The main Comunication isssue between you and your team. Because People loosing thire money and life spiling with name of CIBILL.

No customer care complient numer and Grivece number in your Portol for Qwick contact. Not responding even email.
