Credit Sudhaar Services — Pathetic services | |||||
I was trying to consolidate my loans and come out of my Financial viscous circle. Hence i was browsing through Credit Sudhaar. The next morning, i got a call from their Bangalore office and the person explained that i made a right choice of checking their website and promised me that they exactly do what i was thinking. He was continuously following with me on that day and convinced me that if i go with their premium package(INR 25800/-), they would help me with several other things. The person was interacting with me till 9pm to make sure that i make the payment. I had done payment through credit card as i didnt had sufficient fund, for which he told :"Kuch pane ke liye kuch khona hi". I thought they are genuine and i should take it forward. This was my first mistake I have made the payment through the linked shared, which doesn't talk about any payment clauses. i have received the payment receipt. One week later, i got a call from their mumbai office and started interacting with me. She didnt go through my profile and the first question asked was what is the loan amount i was looking for. I told her the amount, she said that the loan department person is on leave and after a weeks time he will be back. I was expecting to get a call from her. Inspite of several reminders, finally i got a call from one of their loans department person, who was feeling as if she was giving loan. After some questions, she decided, i am not eligible for any loan, inspite of having CIBIL score800 and good salary. She concluded that i cannot get any loan. Later that day, i approached one private Bank at 11.30am and got the loan approved in 6 hours. By 7pm, i got the approval. Later wrote back to my counsellor that what is really problem with them. But she was disconnected with the happenings. I expressed my unhappiness through email. and later escalated the issue to the escalations manager. She started interacting with me, and trying to understand the problem, i was insisting on my refund as they couldnt solve a simple problem. Later stages, Escalation manager proposed me to go with the Balance Transfer of homeloan. I have attempted to take the loan, but this also was taking time. During the process and documentation collection, i realise that the BT proposition was leading to a huge loss to me. I expressed the facts with the MAnager and she told that she will check and getback to me. I explained the calculations almost 10 times and told her that i will be in loss, but she never listened to me and told that this is the service we are offering to you.Now, i cannot approach her seniors, not the guy who promised me that the services will help me to come out of my situation. Should the Customer only face the problem? Is there anyone from Credit Sudhaar who is hearing this? She is not telling me about refund, taking her own decisions. Always puts on their management that this case has to be discussed. i have already completed 3 months with 60 emails, and zero out put. The amount i had paid through creditcard is 25800/- is in drain. Is there anyone who can help me with my refund!!!I have all the emails from day 1 and Credit sudhaar services are pathetic Was this information helpful? | |||||
