Credit card status in cibil

Actually i taken services from credit mantri to resolve my credit card dispute. According to them i pay to the vender and also pay the credit mantri fees for the services, two years back. Still my status is written off but not closed any so many reminder to credit mantri. But they are ignoring it and saying wait for some time from last two years. I taken the services for phonix credit card. My no is [protected]...

      Deactivate my creditmantri account my mobile number is [protected] as it is clearly states you guy's are not competent enough. The staff of yours are so fraud that they don't know the "abcd" of financial aspect.

      My dues has been cleared from icici bank but still in your "dumb" portal it is showing there is an outstanding. Bank has given me noc.

      But creditmantri aren't ready to accept.

        Dear credit mantri
        I don't want my credit score checked. Please deactivate my creditmantri profile and delete my account details including my pan. And please confirm the deactivation per return email or text notification. I want the process to be completed very soon. And confirm me via my phone number. I am forced to do this because i cannot find any deactivation option in your app or in webste! Otherwise i would have done it myself.

        Every time my credit score is going down because of frequent requests from you. I don't want to check my credit score anymore.

              Dear team,
              I have two accounts with credit mantri in the name of manishraj - [protected] and kavita chauhan -[protected]

              For both the id i have paid subscription to regulate my account

              In 2018 oct i have paid rs 12195 towards phoenix default in manishraj account and rs 5372 towards sbi default in kavita chauhan account.

              Credit mantri team assured me of settling these issues. But till today these default is seen in our respective accounts.

              Number of calls and mails i have made but in vain.

                Dear akosha,
                This complaint is about credit mantri company. Getting regularly incoming messages to my mobile and mail id.
                It's disturbance to me... Already in my cibil report some accounts are closed.
                Like fullerton india company. Thus account was already closed. But in this site they are demanding money rs3090/- to close the account like that.
                It's some what disturbance to me...
                Please kindly take action on this team. I already unsubscribed in email to stop mails and in messages also. But again messages are coming.
                Please kindly takevserious action on credit mantri.

                        I had paid rs 6145/ through your portland to clear outstanding due of my scb card ending with 4162.. On02/03/2020. Howver the lender bank has replied saying payment proof rejected,, subsequenty i sent copy of my passbook as proof to credit mantri, it is still not resolved,

                            Hello,

                            This credit mantri willingly reporting credit report badly when we raised dispute over report they charging 1000/- for each account. Even banks updated correct report with others like cibil, experian etc but only this credit mantri is reporting wrong reports.

                            It is big level scam reporting wrong credit reports and when consumer raises disputes charging 1k each time.

                              I y. Lakshmi narayan a depressed customer of your non-ethical organisation has few words for your kind perusal and favorable action.

                              One of the staff by name faisal called me from the telephone no:[protected] of your organisation called and said you have four issues and and this can be rectified by which you will have excellent cibil score if you pay rs 900/- per issue and as i had 4 issues i paid rs 3, 600/- and this would take approximately 45 days.

                              I thought the problem will be resolved within 45 days and i would have better credit score. I called faisal on the above tel no but this time was senthil who attended the call and asked to call him on his personal mobile
                              No [protected]. I called on this mobile no and he advised me that the cibil problem can only be corrected once you pay all the outstanding, i was shocked to hear this and at this point i had no money but i wanted to take a home loan to purchase a house of my own.

                              Senthil told me that you have only one outstanding you just have one outstandiing from axis bank an amount of rs 66, 907.60 and the he even told me this is the offer for you which they had talk with axis bank and the actual amount to be paid is rs 77, 000/-

                              As i had no money, i prolonged for 6-8 months but theses 6-8 months every day i used to get calls from one or the other person from creditmantri.

                              Finally i thought of selling my wives gold and start repaying the above amount of rs 66, 907.60.

                              I paid rs 36, 907.60 on 31/03/2020 and the balance payment of rs 30, 000/- on 05/05/2020 and they promised to send receipt of the payment made. They never bothered to send the receipt at least via whatsup. I was chasing every day and no body was bothered to send me the receipt all the no from which i got phone calls regarding payment started ignoring my calls

                              Now the problem was the receipt for the payment which i made and they denied that they can not give on creditmantri letterhead. This was one more shock for me

                                not using credit card and getting msg have to pay amount of 12k

                                My self mowlani. I am not using my credit card since 3 years and i had settled total amount 3 years back only. I had cleared everything to settlement sector. I don't had the credit card also. But 3 yers after i am getting msg from i have to pay 12k. Why it was received this type of msgs. Please explain my registered is [protected]....
