Dear credit mantri
I don't want my credit score checked. Please deactivate my creditmantri profile and delete my account details including my pan. And please confirm the deactivation per return email or text notification. I want the process to be completed very soon. And confirm me via my phone number. I am forced to do this because i cannot find any deactivation option in your app or in webste! Otherwise i would have done it myself.

Every time my credit score is going down because of frequent requests from you. I don't want to check my credit score anymore.

    I'm not interested to use this app currently. And without any confirmation from our side you have received money from my account

      I got call from this and they committed saying within 10days your status will change ...i have clearly told them i have one negative account and i was already paid that amount and i have NOC also based on that please update my report but this people after my subscription this people will call only for another subscription not for my issue if we raise the ticket no proper update...requesting nodal team plese help me with

        Dear Sir already paid 14318 rupees on 5th of November 2018
        Reference no and I received NOC also .

        Dear SBI Cardholder, payment of Rs. 14318.00 for your SBI Credit Card has been successfully processed. ref no : PSM[protected].

        But till not update in credit manthri
        Pls update and do need full

            I paid Rs 999 along with GST for credit improvement service. After the payment it is been more than one month but I have not got any response from CreditMantri. I have not got any call or message. Requesting you to resolve this case.

                Dear support team,
                you company has takne amount for resolving my negative account.But still not resolved. Please have glance on below point.
                1. Home credit loan is showing on your portal but this account is not related to me.
                2. I have paid atleast rs 1700 but this is wastage of money for fraud company.
                3. When i see my score on other company that showing excellent but at credit mantri poor.
                4. Pleaes refund my money.
                5. See my accont receipt of payment.

                        Im Naresh Janne [protected]. For cibil score increasing purpose i have taken subscription from credit mantri agency. They told me that they increase my cibil score and they help me to get personal loan. After taking subscription which cost of 580/- they are blocked my number and not answering to me. Please take action against them and please return my amount.

                        Credit mantri will access your details and they will ask for subscription every time and they will scare you about your loan eligibility if you dont pay... Better stay away from credit mantri for better loan eligibility

                          With reference to above, i have made payment of Rs 13000/- on 22 Dec2020 to settle the above account.

                          The outstanding amount was Rs 26000/-

                          %0% of waiver offered, based on which i have paid Rs 13000/-

                          The proof for payment is attached here for your kind reference. The credit mantri representative called multiple times and offered that if i pay 50% of outstanding amount, the staus in credit history will be changed..

                          I have been representing the same so many times but no body is responding.

                          We request you to seek immediate action from your end and update the status in my credit history failing which necessary action will be initiated from my end.

                              I have already paid 1179/- on 29th Jan'21 thru my Citi credit card to dissolve disputes and increase my credit score.

                              I have already settled my HDFC credit card in 2010. But Still the same is appearing by CreditMantri every time.

                              I haven't heard anything from CreditMantri's end since 29th Jan'21.
                              no one answers to emails sent and to contact nos.[protected] and[protected].
                              Kindly take solid and strong action against CreditMantri right now.

                                As I have 2 negative accounts, closed one of my negative account of overdraft amount, still it is not reflecting in credit mantri site, where as it is closed in bank. please update the status of overdraft account and credit card as early as possible. my subscription completed 6 months still there no improvement in cibil score.                                     I have paid an amount of Rs 589 to improve my negative credit score but no one contacted me yet. I didn’t receive any email or a message with confirmation. I had lots of doubt which I need to clear but your telephone number doesn’t work, email doesn’t work and the chat option is useless. It always pop-up with same query which is of no use. I suggest you to refund my money back. I don’t like it. There is no hope from you guys can do anything.

                                      In Nov 2018 I had availed their service for resolving a negative issue related to my credit score. I paid around Rs 900/- and got nothing in return. The issue still continues. The irony - they still have the balls to send me mails & messages to avail their paid service to resolve the same issue. They are big time cheaters. Beware, you avail their service and your money is gone. They are bigger fraudsters than the Jamtara guys. Please do not avail any of their services.

                                        The representative called me a couple of times for the payment, and when i paid, i don't get a replication through email or a call. You pay for the accommodation, and you don't get it here. What best is shut this weiner company down and put that back in that bloody aperture who commenced!
                                        I better suggest going to the bank and request them for the score clearance since these people are a fraud.
