I have opted creditManthri service to clear my past dues to resolve my disputes with the credit card with AXIS Bank by paying the demanded fee of creditManthri on Mar 10, 2020. Till now they have not even contacted me after getting the payment. I have tiried so many time and also mailed to them showing my subscription reference number. But till now they have not able to resolve the issue or even not even ready to refund my paid fee. Kindly look into this matter and expecting a solution.

This is the second time lodging the complaint but no response. I have applied credit mantri to resove my negative account 6 months before but no response. Details as mentioned —

I have been complaining from last year to deactivate my profile from your site and remove me from all your promotional messages. I am not interested in any of your products and i get the my original correct cibil score from cibil website. Your messages only cause me annoyance and anxiety. I seriously don't know whether you are not reading my messages or the company is run by illiterate and uneducated people who are unable to understand simple...

I paid to credit manti to resolve one negative issue of my loan account and i got confirmation mail that my payment has been successful and process to resolve my case is initiated. After half an hour i received call from credit manti executive and he asked me to click link forwarded to me credit manti via sms. I clicked the link where i was prompt to subscribe credit reports for future and pay rs499. I told credit mantri caller that i am not interested in subscribing reports you only resolve my loan account issue for which i have already paid, he told than if i don't subscribe this then my issue will not resolve, when i further interacted with him he said its mandatory to subscribe this. When i told him that i will complain about it to your company he apologized. After my call got disconnected i received mail from credit manti that i have opted for dnd and i will not receive any call from credit manti for 30 days, which i had not opted.

This is to inform you that before i take the service for the hdfc credit card, i had seen a offer mentioned, if i enroll now then i just need to pay the offer price which is 13427 rs to close the hdfc credit card, however after enrolling to the service, i see the your showing me the complete outstanding amount which is not fair. I could have never enrolled if i would know that your company fraud and you have cheated me by showing a different amount and offer in your website, however i really dont know what will you do but i need to close my account with the mentioned offer amount listed on your website which is 13427 and also find the attached screenshot of the offer mentioned on your website and if my account does not get closed for the mentioned offer then i will take the action against you people because you show different in the website and later after getting enrolled with you people you show a different amount. Please get back to me.

Credit mantri appoints telecaller and train them to collect money from customers by telling fake scripts, like increaing cibil core... Be aware of it even i lost 1151 with them, fake company and fake people.. Dont believe it... One of the telecaller named rahul called me on 14th step 2019 and said just 1151 and we are the finance company we will increase your cibil report, so i paid, after getting the money rahul didn't called me and he didn't maintain the commitment... After a girl again called me and asking 3000rs for profile improvement... What a fraud company using fantasy script to attract people.

The customer care executive of your team is playing with individuals I'D without their consent & you think it is legal. How can you do this? I didn't gave any consent to Equifax credit mantri & still they sent me an application form describing my consent to do activities on behalf of myself. Do you think it is legal? I want your manager to contact me as soon as possible or I will sue you.

The total amount which i had to pay to complete my payment was rs.1151.00
I made that payment through upi. Payment transaction id - s77320274
After completing the payment instead of receiving the invoice or receipt,
A new payment page of rs.580.00 to complete the payment and until then my previous payment will remain freezed.
Now i dont have that much funds in account to pay.
Then i got a call from there customer care executive saying that it might be some kind of technical problem due to which there payment page didn't showed me the total amount and now until i pay this remaining amount my rs.1151.00 will remain freezed.
And she also cleary refused to raise a charge back dispute for that amount.

I paid 1900 plus taxes, 2300 for helping to settle my disputed credit card. They could manage to get the details of the same. However i went to the bank and settled the amount.
Credit mantri website didn't update my payment. Their customer care gave no response at all. When i emailed them, the response to it seemed completely different than my query.
Extremely unhappy with the service. They claim they can get good rate from banks which is completely misleading. I want my money back

I got a call 5, 6 times below no.[protected] and [protected] and
They told to me "your loan application jasbeen rejected due to taken helth checkup policy so you need to pay ₹.589/- then your loan application will be aproved and you get ₹.3lac rupees of loan amont so please pay these amount by clicking below link"

I gave my account to u for resolution, but for a long time no work was done on my account resolution, for a long time i did not get any response from you.
And after waiting for a long time finly i paid all the money to home credit india.
And home credit india gave me the closing latter & ndc. It has been 3 moths since the account was closed. Even after 3 months, you did not correct any improve my cibil score. Beacose your company not my account resolution for long time.
So i want the back1500rupise money i have given to credit mantri.
Bc, z credit mantri cheated with me.
Another company has improved my credit score 735. But even after taking money from your company my cibil score did not improved.
Beacose you are cheat with me.
