Team, I happened to check my credit score once and accept making a big mistake were without my intervention hell of marketing and sales people keep calling me with my disclosed information and says I have a pre approved loans and cards, surprisingly without my consent few started reaching to submit documents. I had an dispute with one credit card and got ut sorted directly with back and have NDC and I fobt wish to receive any further notification to my mail or mobile hereafter.

    Creditmantri is not updated correct status of account credit card and loan and for dispute resolution is charged. It is wrong practice of creditmantri that it is not providing incorrect account information and for rectification of account details charged..

    It is requested to credit mantri that updated current report on website and rectification

    Credit Mantri is charged huge amount to resolve dispute for Closed account I will raise same concern to RBI

      My self brij mohan singh rawat i have took suscription of credit mantri but they fool me from last 6 month they not closed my case as per commitment or not return my subscription, this is just a business of fraud, pls take action and return of subscription from them.               Why am i receiving so many text messages from you? All i wanted was a credit report. Which i still did not receive. Please delete my account and stop sending messages. Also please confirm once done. This is a nuisance. I was never informed that you would share my details with other entities. If my loan was due, the bank should contact me. Not credit mantri.

                cheating with wrong information on their website

                Hi,
                Credit mantri is fraud company, trying to cheating customer by furnishing wrong account details and showing low credit score.in my profile, they are showing more than 5 acccounts those don't belong to me and asking money for solving these issues. This is totally fraud with customers. I have informed their customer care executives every time to remove my account but they always demand only money.

                Dear credit mantri
                I don't want my credit score checked. Please deactivate my creditmantri profile and account details including my pan. And please confirm the deactivation! I want the process to be completed very soon. And confirm me via my phone number. I am forced to do this because i cannot find any deactivation option in your app! Otherwise i would have done it myself!...

                  I have therefore made payment to lender hdfc credit card according credit mantri advice but after payment i have given 6 reminder to them but they didn't reply today they call me about complaint and asking about my debit card details to refund my subscription.
                  I have refused to tell them about my debit card details.

                      Hi, creditmatri is a damn bad application they have been forwarding credit card and loan applications without my notice. I have called their customer care to deactivate my account but still i am getting calls and mail that i have applied loan. I am really frustrated and want to delete my login with creditmantri. Please deactivate i don't want any msgs and mails from you.

                                I had a long conversation with mr. Hariom in creditmantri on 19th november 2019 regarding outstanding against my settled / written off credit cards and that time you told me that it is around inr 31000/- outstanding against my all 7 credit cards.

                                I confirmed the amount almost 10 times with you and you also agreed with the same and told me it can slightly be up or down.

                                But today i got 2 mails from credit mantri about my 2 icici credit cards outstanding which shows and these outstandings are not mine.

                                1. Card ending with xxxxxxxxxxxx3004 – inr 27269/-
                                2. Card ending with xxxxxxxxxxxx2006 – inr 28894/-
                                3. Phoenix arc private limited - xxxxxxx0807 is 31446/-

                                I have paid a fees of around 10, 000 ruppes to resolve and settle them. I want my money back. I have emailed them numerous time but i am not getting any revert. Kindly resolve my issue.

                                  I purchased their one of the service about my credit card issue with icici bank.

                                  After i made the payment, their executive called and mentioned please buy more services for 3 more issues reflected in your dashboard. Which were not issues in fact.

                                  I mentioned that i only want to rectify this one not all, still, he insisted the same and said your file will be rejected by the credit bureau if we are not sent for all 4 accounts at the same time. If it is so then "why there is an option to choose 1 account service at your end", i said, and why not mentioned this info at the payment page.

                                  Kindly refund my amount in full, i am not interested in your services. The same day i email them twice, still no answer from their end about this issue.

                                  Please help to get my refund.

                                    I think airtel has to do something about this credit mantri nuisance. There does not seem to be any way to block these persistent and irritating messages.in fact, i have never visited their website, nor have i ever had an account with them. How the devil did they get my number? Also, why does airtel allow a sender to send me messages without revealing its number? Since their phone identity is hidden, i cannot block the number.

                                    The company is automatically posting credit card applications on behalf of me. That has already impacted my CIBIL in negative ways. Please help me to get it sorted and delete my info from their website.
