I have accounts under my credit history which do not belong to me. I have not had any history with standard chartered till date. But it showes that there 4 unsecured standard chartered accounts in creditmantri app. These do not belong to me and they are effecting my credit score. Please resolve this. I have had a good credit history till date. But for someone i feel that my information has been compromised

I make payment for clear my issue with capital first now idfc bank . I make payment on 22 sep 2019. Reff no[protected]... After make payment no any person col to me, and not give me responcible answer. Pls tolk to me and give the status.

      Please stop sending sms and email as well as delete my account from creditmantri. I don't want to know my cibil score and anyway i am going to settle the account. Don't try to reach me or call me regarding this compliant. Just stop sending sms email to my mobile number[protected]. I search in your website for delete my account but it's not there in your website.

          I have already paid all the dues of axis bank credit card and time to time i have given updates to the credit mantri respective authorise person mr amul mob [protected] and another person [protected], they also given the payment received confirmation.
          But yesterday i again received the same mail of outstanding payment from credit mantri.
          I think there is miscommunication between respective changing authorise persons.
          Now its very irritating that though i have given to all the payment details than also your team is asking me for payment.
          So i request you please look inot the matter & plz check the record at your end. & update the payment records

            I have already paid the amount of 1154 for subscription and was said that there will be no further charges. An executive would get in touch with me and let me know the amount i have to pay for icici bank cr. Card.

            With utmost faith and believe, i paid the amoubt to you guys and now one executive called me to say "pay another 500.00 rupees. I just want my amount of inr 1154.00 back, refunded to me and my subscription to be immediately cnacelled.

            Beacuse, i feel from within, you might charge me randomly henceforth.

            Tge executive was extremely rude and disconnected the call on my face saying"humarein yahan koi refund nahin milta". Her name is sharmila.

            I want to depart on good terms with credit mantri so, please refund the amount back which i have paid and cancel off the subscription.

            Incase, you're planning to keep my money, i will be bound to take this issue up to a leagal suit and expose this to the social media.

              I want to unsubscribe the service from creditmantri due to following reasons.
              1. Firstly creditmantri has promised to get better prize in terms of closing my creditcards
              2. Later they come up with outstanding amount respective of creditcards which ever bank has quoted me earlier. If this is the case then what is the role of creditmantri.
              3. I denied their services due to false promises
              4. My cibil score went down after i denied their services
              5. Many unwanted calls & emails
              Kindly deactivate my account from creditmantri & i don’t want to give permission to any third party to check my cibil report.

                  Guys you had so much of promises while the subscription period and once its done, i think i started making payments and when i resolved my hdfc account, and the other one is still pending, i tried finding you helpline number from your website and from various sites but neither i got a call from you nor email in last one year, for me i its a lesson that i have learnt trusting you blindley, try to reslove...

                      After the money is paid no one is responding, and it is just diplsayed that are working with your bank, i have raised the dispute that the bank accont which reflects on mine are not mine, even though after subscribing to credit mantri, my score has gone down -200 points, pathetic, whom you people are foooling, and the cossultant who was in starting never attends my call, dont go for this, i advise people

                      It is noticed by me that few banks are not giving any due amount and matters are handled by your team is failing for last 4 months to update me pending overdue status. It's too casual and careless approach.My few augments are not updated by your team even in your site which is duly emailed to your email. Feeling sad about your service.

                          Dear creditmantri team, this is istiyak shaikh, today i have received an sms from credit mantri by saying that my sbi credit card application has been rejected, but i have not applied for it, due to this rejection my cibil score will be impacted, and before my consent how creditmantri is applying for any loan and credit card application?                                 I clear the pending loan amount, and i got the NDC from the lender, but in the credit mantri portal showing as due. And written a mail to concern team, i sent the NDC letter, but they are not responding properly, i called up so many times to credit mantri customer care, no buddy can responded ... I need clearance on my credit score.

                                The credit matri team showing 5 times of actual due amount.. Actually i want to pay 36, 000/-, i cleared that amount, but credit mantri team showing 1, 97, 000/- as due amount..

                                I want immediate action on this..

There customer care service person 'sai sudarshan' is told to me with in 2 days we will send 'dcb credit' card to ur address... And also they said my sbi negitive account was decreased to 50% of discount, they cant send credit card, and also they cant decrease my sbi card amount, still 4 weeks, so many times im calling there customer was listen my number and put in block list in my number, why your company is cheating to customers, please solve my problem immiediatly...

                                    Credit mantri is fraud services don't have contact information on the web site, feedback & compliant services. I have used paid service to help in the negative account.
                                    Reference below invoices

                                    Now they are asking again more amount to fix these issues which is not relevant and don't have the minimum sense to maintain records of customers. Every time the call receives, we have to explain from the beginning.
