Sorry to inform you i received credit mantra, credit report dt-20april 2019 threw mail in the name of raj k kanodia dob 15/04/1949 credit report data shows that the above mentioned credit cards a/c of scb bank belonged to me in the year 2001 but after that period i had no operations with these credit cards and the bank too. I also have the no dues certificate dt-16/11/2001 issued by the standard chartered bank (Sudhanshu gupta-manager:recoveries & legal consumer banking - north india).

On the other hand my credit health report by equifax report no:[protected] shows a credit card ending with -1010 shows active at current status and this card is the main reason behind the negative mark in my account according to credit health report. Dt-20 april 2019 (Copy enclosed).

It is urged from the concerned authorities to please look into the matter and help us in removing our negative mark from the credit health and thereby improving our deteriorating scores on the credit health scoreboard.
Please do the needful o[censored]s and resolve our issue at the earliest. Enclosed documents copy for your consideration:-

Respected credit mantri companies called me and told me that they will solve my bad sibil credit score in one month working period for that i have paid them 4602 /- on 15/07/2019 but now since one month already been passed and there is no sign of them the contact number which they had provided also dose not work. My request kindly help me to refund my hard money which they took and put them behind jail bars such kind of people should be severely punish.

I have already paid my dues from home credit but you are showing me home credit issue.. Please resolve all my issues.. And improved my cibil score.. I’ll pai may payment..8/8/2019 and i send you non dues certificates.. But your cibil score report showing me a 321 score is too bad after payment my dues.. And i’ii need a some personal loan.. But my credit score is very bad.. So that’s why my is no approved..!!

Please kindly say how to delete my account from creditmantri because they always distrubing me my making unwanted phone calls. There is problem in my bank and me, they involving in personal details and asking to pay money for the clearing. Creditmantri asking me to do negative works. Please kindly say how to delete the account there is no option avaliable in the website.

July 18, 2019 at 02:28 pm, they applied for sbi platinum icredit card on behalf of me. They did not call me, they did not ask me and just submitted the application. And that application was rejected because i have have 2 active loans. Now those inquiries are impacting my cibil in negative ways. No one is lending me money and rejecting my applications. This is unauthentic behavior from a company. This is my request to the one who will be helping me through out this, i want to delete my account from creditmantri. I don't want to use such a useless fraud company.

Inspite of being on dnd and request on your need help section you people continue to harass with your never ending flash messages. Stop sending and deactivate my profile with immediate effect...

Without prior suggestions and with out my permissions the website used my personal data which is not acceptable, i found credit mantri very irresponsible and i wont to remove my account from it immediately...

I have been getting repeated coercive and intrusive calls and sms from 'credit mantri' demanding to "improve my cibil score". What the mistake i did was, a long time ago i happened to open their web-based digital marketing advertisement while browsing the internet. There onwards started the harassment. People who say that they are from credit mantri began making calls and sending smss stating that there is a "negative account" in my cibil score document. They are demanding to pay rs 749 or so to them and they get the record straight for a good rating. They never bother to send me the details of the account which i strongly requested every time they call me because the said account is fraudulent or error. Today one respected representative made one such threating and harassing call. She told that was phoning me because of an rbi order to do so. When i lost my patience and seriously requested her don't call me again, she threatened me that the call was being recorded. What is it other than harassment me and causing so much mental agony? Credit mantri for me a distraught and i was and am feeling so distress. Kindly help me to get the harassment stopped.
I don't want to receive these calls and smss and i also request deletion of my mobile numbers and my cibil reports from the registries of "credit mantri" and their so-called officers and representatives.

I wanted to highlight here that this so called stupid company is giving random calls to my mobile number and messages whole day and not making me to work in my office. I am getting irritated and cannot concentrate on my work, after requesting them to stop these nuisance they are not listening. After i blocked bx-cmntri by escalating to my mobile network you people are smartly sending from bt-cmntri. If you dont stop this nonsense i might have to take some serious action on this. Stop sending me your company messages and deactivate my profile asap and send me confirmation.

After these i got so many calls from them about applying for credit card from their website, and i denied. Still they applied for sbi simplysave credit card. They told me that the application has not been submitted to bank and don't worry, they will unsubscribe me from their services. But nothing happened. Isn't there any way to tell credit bureau to discard this company from using their services, so that this company will not be able to mentally harass any individual. This is more of a fake company, it does not provide any customer care. I cannot call back the number they call me from.

How will i get help in this scenario? Is filing an fir against this company will help me out here? Isn't there any law to protect the customer's privacy, so that no can use their info without their permission?

I want to remove and delete my account from Credit Mantri. You guys are doing frequent credit/CIBIL analysis, and continuously calling me and disturbing me regarding credit card and loans. STOP doing that immediately, and remove my details and delete the account ASAP. NO FURTHER CIBIL check should be done from your end. I am complaining the same in Consumer Complaint.
