Dear credit mantri
I don't want my credit score checked. Please deactivate my credit mantri profile and account details including my pan. And please confirm the deactivation via email and phone number.
I am forced to do this because i cannot find any deactivation option in your website nor i am able to find any number to contact your customer care.

    I want to delete all my details with creditmantri & also delete my account, they themselves have printed authorisation letter that i have given them exclusive rights to manage my credit score. Now they are spamming my inbox too with frequent mails even after unsubscribing to their mails. Pls delete my account details urgently. Also put in place the system so that clients themselves will be able to delete their data stored on creditmantri

        Before i registered i received 100 calls from creditmantri to make payment but after i registered with you people no calls
        I am ready with amount but is there anyone who can call me to get my one issue effecting my credit score
        You gave 100 commitment to get my issue resolved once i make payment
        It has been around 2 months complete no response
        If you are unable to resolve my issue within next 7 days
        Please refund

        Continiously following from Feb-11 2019 till date no resolutions from credit mantri.
        Cheated companay, fraud company.

        How many times mails required to creitmantri for reverting.
        Purely pathetic, disgusting, cheated, fraud activity from creditmantri.
        Only harassing customers till date no resolutions.
        Also no mail id for higher authority escalations.
        Resolve issue immediately & refund my money immediately.

But now credit mantri team is not receiving my phone. They have not provide me NOC of my accounts.plz solve my issue that you say before my payment.i am attaching the prof of payment done by me.

                    I have two outstanding amounts with two banks citi and sbi. I engaged credit mantri by paying inr 895 per each case.

                    I already settled one amount of inr 16489 to citi bank, but credit mantri unable to get the confirmation and improve the score till date.

                    Next, i have only inr 101 outstanding in sbi and i am ready to clear that immediately. But...

                    Just the same reason all are giving about i don't want any services of that and i don't want my credit score checked and i don't want any info regarding mine in the hands of others...

                    And i'm not a salaried person to use credit and how blindly just giving two options salaried and self-employed and making others fool...

                    Verification mail is showing in spam from there i'm thinking something is wrong i don't want any promotion mails and now only irritating with a lot of mails which are really annoying and that dealing with pan i don't want to take risk with my all details

                          I checked cibil score from their website which they provide for free, after two days a mr rahul singh who was company's representative called up and asked for 997 inr to repair the cibil score as some unaccounted credit card was showing negative. When asked how negative and what is the status, he said the status is showing settled. Which i have never had in the past.

                          I went to another bank and found their is no negative side in my cibil score. Bloody buggers and white collored swindlers found new way to con needy people.

                          Total cons working their way out to siphon off peoples money for god knows what services... Never trust that site

                            I checked my cibil few days back and come to know that there is one loan running which I also dnt know and because of that my cibil goes 500 something and that was shocking. Already log a ticket but still no resolution request you to see this as it is really a serious matter

                                    I had applied for credit card through creditmantri. The customer care from creditmantri called to confirm it. Also he started telling me about some short term loan application called cashe, i said i was not interested. Nevertheless he took one otp from me and without my consent applied a short term loan for me. Now they are not ready to cancel it.
                                    Also they do not have a customercare where u can reach back.
                                    It is in their hands whatever they want to do amd we are at their mercy.
