Hello creditmantri team,

I am receiving lot of sms which is disturbing my work regularly. I am receiving lot of sms that looks like i made a crime and you are posting like i must have to resolve it.

I would also advise you to avoid such sms to other users too.

Request you to delete my profile with immediate effect so i cant receive any further email/sms.

I checked cibil score from their website which they provide for free, after two days a female representative called up my father as the business belongs to him and asked for 997 inr to repair the cibil score which i think is beyond their abilities.
Instead of warning them that don't try to communicate further they still tried to call back and convince us that they can do so.

Total cons working their way out to siphon...

I am getting a regular call message and email from credit mantri. With low cibil experian credit score... That database is fully fake and fradulant... Credit mantri is a fake credit report company and keep on asking money... I have checked my cibil score in other sites that is 841. However these frauds showing 550 as my credit score and asking 10000 rs for rectify their error... I don't want my credit score checked by any fraud institute like credit mantri and equifax. Please deactivate my creditmantri profile and account details including my pan. And please confirm the deactivation! I want the process to be completed very soon. And confirm me via my email or phone number. I am forced to do this because i cannot find any deactivation option in your app! Do needfull as soon as possible... And people don't trust credit mantri and equifax anymore

My credit card negative account purpose you excutive cal me on 24.11.2018. After our discussion he told to me paid rs 997/- with (Igst) for solve the problem with our credit card negative account. But till now not solved the problem.
This is genuine company or fraud and i have your invoice slip. If you dont solve the problem refund my amount through my payment mode (Paytm [protected]
) other wise as per your call recording i pur a complaint to consumer form.

I want you people to delete my complete data including pan number and contact details.

Once i checked my cibil score on your website. From that time you guys are repeatedly checking my cibil score without my knowledge and sending me emails with my score.

Every now and then i am getting email with cibil score.

If you guys really have an idea then you should know that repeated checking of the cibil score will reduce the score.

I dont want you people to check my cibil socre.

Please dont call me, i know how to take care of my score. I dont nred your assistance here.

I am getting massages from your end that I have one loan issue but I haven't taken any loan in past on which issue is on going.

Current I have one home loan on which EMI is regularly paying by me. Even I have resolved my credit card issues and got NOC from respective clients.

Hence requesting you to stop sending wrong massages on my number from you, otherwise will take action...

This is to inform you that you have provided me wrong information about my credit score. And not only in the name of resolving the issue with bank you have charge me twice not only that you asked me to pay more. When i check with another agency they provided me the correct information and i was glad to know that my credit score is good enough for me.

If you are providing fake information and providing wrong information and charging more that would impact your business.

(Dear Sir, Please can my request to solve the Loan dispute with Bajaj Caiptal, loan a/c #[protected], As its more than 7 days, 15 days, even more than 30 days now, as promised by you guys, a time period framed by you while asking to apply for the services with you. If you can't refund the payment, than transfer this money to solve my another case- with Kotak mahindra Auto Loan A/c #xxxx4742.. So I am proceeding now on my own with Bajaj caiptal, to solve my case with them, directly at there office.. and which I can solve within in 3-5 days (maximum).

Now on 25th Jan 2019- I got a call from Kotak mahindra mentioning that my payment is still due with them. I got frustrated and call to credit mantri customer care- but as usual this poor company only knows how to rob our money- so they don't even have a customer support properly placed, and only 1 girl pics the phone that to, when we try the number 10 times in a row.

but what the poor girl will gonna do about my problem, she stumbled and hang up on me.

I wish someone should take a big action against this kind of fraud companies. Because whenever they want money they take from us, and at the time of refund, this Creditmantri company simply denies to make the refund, even though they don't do their job.

Hi, i had received call from credit mantri regarding one of my negative account and credit score. I had paid 997 for resolving my negative account in hdfc bank and improvement of my credit score. But even after it is shows negative in my cibil score. Kindly help me to come out from this issue because which affect my credit score. My client no cm220070.

What the you people doing i have tried lots of time to contact you people still not yet got any response from your side.

I have registered for solve my 2 negative account to clear and one of them I paid amount and yet received clearance letter and another account not getting proper solution from you.

I called customer care lots of times. Only your saying we will call you back and not getting any call. I have send lots of mail also here also same response.

What the worst service you people providing before registered you hell of things now I'm not getting one response also.

Totally frustrated, Fed-up, dissappointed and upset with your Dam worst poor services.

I have an emergency of clearing this negative accounts and clearance.

I have calling from other they only receive the number once they came to know my case they disconnected the call

Unethical behavior.

I have been trying for credit card since long time,

During 1st week of jan.2019 one of your office lady contacted me on my phone and told "i am eligible for personnel loan"
.
I said, my credit score is 680 i am not eligible for credit card and stopped trying. Yet she said ok. You will be recommended by us and get personnel loan to improve my credit score.

For that ‘i need to register with creditmantri on by paying rs. 237.00.

I said ok., but i am not sure, even if i get i registered with creditmantri.

I was quite, but that lady chased me and forced me to get registered with creditmantri by paying rs. 237.00.

I registered my self by paying rs.237.00 on 09.01.2019.

Thereafter, creidtmantri “vansihed” no phone calls / no emails and i tried many times to contact, but i could not get through my calls.

Prior to my registration with creidtmantri, i was getting emails now they also stopped.

Complaint :- when you can’t recommend and support why you forced me, only to take money from me? If so i will not ask for money or your support.
