I have registered in credit mantri 3 months back to check the credit score for loan eligibility. At that time i dont know that the credit score will decrease by checking in false way. Now the credit score of mine is sending every month by credit mantri team. Because of that my credit score is decreasing and unable to improve my score, so, please deactivate my account in credit mantri as soon as possible...

Upon my authorization, credit mantri, chennai office sent an invoice to cleared my restructure and settled credit card of standard chartered bank with rs 10761. I remitted the amount by neft on 29.12.18 and sent the screen should of the sender bank's message utr number. But still the credit mantri staff is harassing me to submit proof of payment. Kindly convince them that utr number is ultimate in neft.

My self surender singla from hisar (Haryana). I have taken the service by invoice number : inv/cis/ars/2017-18/s/jul/00141382 dated 29/10/2018 to resolve the negative issue of 1 credit card. Your official has committed with me that resolve the issue with in one month but as on date same is not cleared while i have already paid my outstanding amount on 7th dec.18.

Credit mantri is sending mails that i have given permission to check all my personal details. Actually i hadn't given any such authorization to check my financial matter. I only once checked my credit score. That is not mean that i had given full authorization. I terribly afraid that my details are misused. So kindly delete all my personal details that you have.

I have registered with credimantri.

Now i am getting so many marketing calls from creditmantri. And so many anonymous calls too. Sometimes i receive blank call also.

I used to get one or two blank calls from creditmantri in a day.

So i want to deactivate my creditmantri account and also i need to remove all my datas from creditmantri.

I activated my account to check some scheme, now i want to delete my personal details of PAN card and phone no so that noone call me with bank offers and i received a mail which states that i have authorised creditmantri personnel to carry out transaction and such, so please deactivate and delete my creditmantri profile and account details including my PAN. I am complaining about credit manteo website. I have logged in this website 1year ago. They are showing negative issues about my score. They show negative accounts which are not mine. But they everytime calling and messaging that you have to resolve it by paying charges. I have checked my cibil score on other websites. They give correct information and show my cibil score is good. This is fraud website and make people fool for making money....

Same problem, i want you guys to delete my data pan number and contact details.

Long back i checked my cibil score in your website. From that time you guys are repeatedly checking my cibil score without my knowledge and sending me emails with my score.

Every now and then i am getting email with cibil score.

I have received a call from creditmantri, on 17.12.2018 regarding one time settlement offer for icici credit card dispute. As per their instructions i have paid through netbanking rs.997/- on 17.12.2018. The customer care executive told that the dispute settlement papers are sent in my mail id.

I confirmed that i do not received any document from creditmantri. Please send me at the earliest.

Sir, i already have issue in my credit cards, i planed to solve the all issue, that time credit mantri person contact me, and say they solve the problem. But the need service charges for 3 negative account, each 750rs i paid. Then they said pay the bank mentioned amount, i also paid icici, hdfc, and kotak mahindra now i have solve 2 account.
