I paid 750+gst charges to credit montri for bank account settlement and they will resolve my dispute with bank their resolution is 15 days but now it been 1year but they are not doing any thing and they told more three issues is remaining... He is cheating me.. That time never told the total issue... Idont want your service and cheating. So please return my amount

        Hi Team,
        I am complaining about HDFC card ending with 2581, i have paid all my dues with bank and i do have no due letter from HDFC... however on credit mantri site it is still displaying as i am defaulting...
        Can some one look into the matter and assist me??

              Mistakenly subscribed to it.
              I m getting daily message for the checking credit when i dont require it.
              Pls stop the messages and delete the account with mobile number [protected].
              Pls do it as soon as possible
              I am fed up of these messages and calls as they sometimes hamper the peace of mind

                      My loan approved then i submitted documents in sriram yesterday.
                      Then thay call me and says thah got letter from sriram company and says creditmantri loans are stoped. Thats way we unable to process ur loan...

                        Why i have been getting calls ?have creditmantri leaked my no.
                        I have closed my personal loan at shriram finance again showing in credit mantri I called many times to credit mantri customer care not lifting the call.i closed my personal loan at shriram finance two months back worest service

                          The company is not upgrading my cibil score and demanding money to improve my score.
                          Whatever reason they are showing me as in my details is not pertain to me cleared by me.
                          Hdfc home loan: i have made complete payment two months back but still my score is not upgraded and showing as default.
                          Phonix credit card: this was settled by me in the year 2016 and no dues is pending as of now.

                          I don't want to receive any credit report from your portal and also want to deactivate my profile and also delete all my personal information and credit score related information.

                          The portal is so pathetic that there is no customer service email/number is available.

                            HI I received a mail stating they are offering a closure amount of 13899 instead of 21000, and was promised that the account will be closed. Still the account shows a balance of 7000 ? can somene address this i have been trying to reach the customer care and still no table to connect or got a call from the credit mantri.

                            I got a confirmation call also from a manager called Jayraj from Chennai who confirmed that account will be closed.

                              In the month of oct '2018, i received a call from rep named ms. Deeksh devi of credit mantri seeking help in solving the credit card payment issue of icici bank.

                              On the call i asked her if credit mantri can help me in reducing the amount payable to icici bank against credit card and i also informed that i had been to icici bank is not reducing amount and will have pay full amount, she confirmed that she will help me out in this matter and reduce the amount payable to icici, on confirmation from her, i made a fee of rs. 885/- payable to them for solving the case.

                              After few days i was surprised to find that i have to make full payment and i requested to refund my amount as they were unable to solve my case.

                              Now that they are refusing to refund my amount.

                              Request to kindly look into the matter and get my refund back at the earliest.

                                I have registered in credit mantri 3 months back to check the credit score for loan eligibility. At that time i dont know that the credit score will decrease by checking in false way. Now the credit score of mine is sending every month by credit mantri team. I have taken the service by invoice number : inv/cis/ars/2017-18/s/jul/00141382 dated 29/10/2018 to resolve the negative issue of 1 credit card. Your official has committed with me that resolve the issue with in one month but as on date same is not cleared while i have already paid my outstanding amount on 7th dec.18.

                                      It is very panic for me as customer. Cause your official mr. Salman hussain not pic the ph. No.[protected]. When i am calling this no. No anyone is responding.

                                        Credit mantri is sending mails that i have given permission to check all my personal details. Actually i hadn't given any such authorization to check my financial matter. I only once checked my credit score. That is not mean that i had given full authorization. I terribly afraid that my details are misused. So kindly delete all my personal details that you have.
