In the month of oct '2018, i received a call from rep named ms. Deeksh devi of credit mantri seeking help in solving the credit card payment issue of icici bank.
On the call i asked her if credit mantri can help me in reducing the amount payable to icici bank against credit card and i also informed that i had been to icici bank is not reducing amount and will have pay full amount, she confirmed that she will help me out in this matter and reduce the amount payable to icici, on confirmation from her, i made a fee of rs. 885/- payable to them for solving the case.
After few days i was surprised to find that i have to make full payment and i requested to refund my amount as they were unable to solve my case.
Now that they are refusing to refund my amount.
Request to kindly look into the matter and get my refund back at the earliest.
