So please requested to you delete my profile from your records with all details. I have no more trust on any website. From your company also calls many time for advertisements.           Hi, please refer Clint ID CM130125, I had one negative account i.e barclays credit card for to be settled for Rs.12125/-, for which the final settlement was offered to make Rs.4000/- went through you.

          I have made this payment of Rs.4000/- on 12/10/2018 through ICICI Bank online payment mode and the details were shared, but till date this issue is not sorted out and the issue is still showing as original.

              Subject: complaint against wrong credit score
              Dear sir/madam i am dr. Pradeep kumar checked my credit score on paisa bazaar.com. My credit score is 814 (Experian) with 2 accounts (1 is my credit card account and other is personal loan account). My another credit score is 646 (Equifax) with 4 accounts (1 is my credit card account and other is 2nd is my personal loan account) but 2 more accounts are not mine. These 2 fake accounts affect my credit score according to equifax. I am attaching snap shot of my accounts showing on your sites. Account no. 1 and 3 are mine but account no. 2 and 4 are not mine (Showing in snapshot). There is one option on your site to remove fake accounts under the name dispute but you are asking for payments of rs. 946 for this, but i am asking to you why should i pay? Please do the needful to remove these 2 fake accounts because i will lodge fir and take legal actions against equifax as well as creditmantri.com, if these fake account will not removed immediately from my account. Looking towards you in hope for the best from your side.

                I received credit report from your side where mentioned that one payment missed / delayed in vijaya bnak and due to this reason my score is down. I have already lodged the complaint in bank and received revert that they have received all payment on time from my side. So kindly check and remove to this wrong information in my report and provide after fresh report and also provide my report number / reference number of number month who already generated and i received the same.

This is offense and they didn't stop it, i did many time request to stop it before this but they not resolve my problem till time.                           i couldn't find any deactivation option in your site. Also raised concern in your help option on the website, but you never responded back.
                          So i submitted my number one day to check my credit score one day and since that day they have been calling my number everday and forcing me to apply for loan.

                          Even after rejecting them several times they continue calling everyday by different numbers, so that i cant block each one of them.

                          There is no place to de register from this website.

                            Hi, i have checked my score before 2 years. Currently it is showing that 6 account are negative in my profile whereas those accounts don't belong to me. To resolve these issues, you are asking for charges. Why should i pay any charges when it is fault of creditmantri? Either you are showing wrong information in my profile intentionally or if it is done by mistake than solve these issues. My profile is made with [protected]@gmail.com.

                                      Hi All,
                                      This may sound weird but i have issue with the way these people address their customers. I don't know about others by since day 1 they are addressing me with my last name first. Innitally I thought that it's okay. Until today, i got a call from one of their agent and he said that my last name was filled in the column of first name and first name was filled in last name column. Which means my name is Ankur Dhirta and by mistake it was filled like Dhirta Ankur, actually Ankur is my first name. Moreover they even claimed that I filled this form wrong and also they pronounced my last name incorrectly which is offending for me. They call me Dhirtra, Dhrita, Dheerat but never call me Dhir-ta. How tought is that to read. I asked the agent named Nishant Singh who called me today, to transfer the call to his manager. He said that his manager is not available. He even said that he will arrange a call after an hour. I agreed. But soon after he disconnected the call i received an email stating that they have put my number on DND after my request. I did not request for that. I mean they keep on doing whatever they want without our consent.
                                      I am attaching the copy of form which i filled at the time of reaching them for the very first time.
