This is inform you that paisabazar and credit mantri sites are check my cibil score without my permission. This is offense and they didn't stop it, i did many time request to stop it before this but they not resolve my problem till time. My pan is cjjps 3081 and name is karamjit singh, plz take a action against these sites.

Please deactivate my creditmantri profile and account details including my pan number. I don't want you to check my credit score.

i couldn't find any deactivation option in your site. Also raised concern in your help option on the website, but you never responded back.
So i submitted my number one day to check my credit score one day and since that day they have been calling my number everday and forcing me to apply for loan.

Even after rejecting them several times they continue calling everyday by different numbers, so that i cant block each one of them.

There is no place to de register from this website.

    Hi, i have checked my score before 2 years. Currently it is showing that 6 account are negative in my profile whereas those accounts don't belong to me. To resolve these issues, you are asking for charges. Why should i pay any charges when it is fault of creditmantri? Either you are showing wrong information in my profile intentionally or if it is done by mistake than solve these issues. My profile is made with [protected]@gmail.com.

Otherwise i would have done it myself.

      Every time my credit score is going down because of frequent requests from you. I don't want to check my credit score anymore.

            No one listens or responds. No one even reads messages as to what is required. They do things on their own. Worst experience.

            After paying money, they are too busy to even respond. Useless and poor service.

            They are taking irrelevant and damaging actions

              Hi All,
              This may sound weird but i have issue with the way these people address their customers. I don't know about others by since day 1 they are addressing me with my last name first. Innitally I thought that it's okay. Until today, i got a call from one of their agent and he said that my last name was filled in the column of first name and first name was filled in last name column. Which means my name is Ankur Dhirta and by mistake it was filled like Dhirta Ankur, actually Ankur is my first name. Moreover they even claimed that I filled this form wrong and also they pronounced my last name incorrectly which is offending for me. They call me Dhirtra, Dhrita, Dheerat but never call me Dhir-ta. How tought is that to read. I asked the agent named Nishant Singh who called me today, to transfer the call to his manager. He said that his manager is not available. He even said that he will arrange a call after an hour. I agreed. But soon after he disconnected the call i received an email stating that they have put my number on DND after my request. I did not request for that. I mean they keep on doing whatever they want without our consent.
              I am attaching the copy of form which i filled at the time of reaching them for the very first time.

                Hi, I had some issue with one of the credit card, I paid the required amount to credit mantri, it was told that I will be getting a call and guidance, it's been more than one month ago and till now i haven't got any call from credit mantri... can I get call center number?

                    Even after all my complain for fraudulent service from credit mantri the staff has been committed to refund my fees but stil I not get any refund... I have call from creditmantri that Mr. Prakash paswan one of the staff member of creditmantri has to committed that if you take our service your credit score will be solved & we had clear your negative report In to a positive report at all. But after my payment of fees of Rs. 1000. One confirmation call had come to me and other demanded for other verification fees of rs.400/- said that if you not paid this fee we does not clear you negative credit issue. Then I paid that fess also. But there were no change in my credit score & the fauls commitment has been prooved, after my complained raised they also committed to refund my fees ASAP.. but still I don't receive my refund.

                              I do not want you to check my accounts and cibil score regularly. Please remove my account. When you have login and register option you also should have delete or deregister also. Worst experience with credit mantri. I never selected any option where credit mantri regularly can check my accounts terms or other things. Really feeling bad. Very worst experience with credit mantri.

                                I already paid money, kindly update my civil score as early as possible as your executive told me on phone call..
                                They will update my cibil score in 10days, also increase my cibil score 750+
                                Right now my score is only 613, i need home loan on urgent basis this month only, kindly update and resolve my issue... And inform me as early as possible, i made the payment on 7th nov 2018, through net banking that is rupees 997 including gst amount. How much time it will take and there is no mail for confirmation and no calls from customer care side to inform me regarding my issue and updation of my credit score concern is very worried about my cibil score and my money that has been paid to credit mantri.

                                  regarding calls from customers in regards with credit mantri

                                  Sir,
                                  From last week I am getting calls from customers saying that my number is on credit mantri customer care. I don't about the site also I am getting frustrating by the calls. I have searched for the credit mantri. I found someone posted my number in a post. Please resolve the issue. And help me from these calls. I found post by avinashdoke10. Plz remove this post. The numbers given in the post are not of credit mantri numbers....

                                    1. Loans hv been cleared with penalty n all shriram finance but still showing pending
                                    Amount 10000
                                    2. Bank of maharashtra i have not taken any loan i just hv saving account its showing loan account
                                    3. Icici bank credit card bill
                                    I hv paid the complete amount but still showing pending whereas no dues r there
                                    Pl check into this i m waiting for my noc from the bank (Shriram finance) they r saying it is not yet come... N still showing pending in credit report but the bank checked it is showing nil balance
                                    It is not updated through credit mantri.
                                    Pl solve my problem i m unable to apply for any loan or credit card too due to this.
