On number of occasion i have asked credit mantri to deactivate the account and i and to check my score without my approval. It kind of seems a big mistake. Once i checked my score with cibil. I m receiving msg and calls from them. Pls deactivate my account with immediate effect.
Every single day they tell me the advantage and disadvantage of it and being insistent of resolving issues. I want want all my details to be removed from their system including the and pan card. Kindly do the needful at your earliest and oblige.

I, dr jyoti verma, had made payment through credit mantri to the sbi credit card for the negative accounts claimed by them. But the amount of 17979 paid on 7th september 2018 did not reached to sbi credit card and bank is denying of any such activity allowed to the credit mantri. How could they claim and where is my money gone.
I had made payment through the email details they send to me by debit card
They called me repeatedly till i made payment. I have details of the mode of payment and mail of their accepting of the payment also. They are asking me to wait for 30-60days as update in bank takes time. But sbi credit card customer care has told me there is no negative issues and it is completely closed. Please help me to refund my money back. Now they are hardly giving a call for the complaint and mailing me to wait.

I submitted my credit card form online and offline 29/08/218 but where is my credit card because no body give me reference number or any information every buddy ignore it as customer care and form collect boy please solve my problems and send me my credit card because i need a credit card i think credit mantri is not take response our problems... I got an advertisement from Credit Mantri to check the scores. So, I entered my information to check the Cibil score. Within a few minutes, got calls from Credit Mantri to pay and clear outstanding to increase the cibil score. Bank agents call for Credit cards and loans. Unable to remove my information or accounts from CreditMantri website. There's no option to deactivate my account.

I don't want my credit mantri score checked. Please deactivate my credit mantri profile and account details including my pan & adhara. And please confirm the deactivation! To my mail id, i want the process to be completed immediately. And confirm me via my phone number. I am forced to do this because i cannot find any deactivation option in your app! Today on date 09/09/2018 we are still waiting for contact call from shriram city union delicate to visit our place and complete the verification process. We hope for your needful. Kindly please revert me back on my registered email and registered contact number.

Never get trapped to this fraud site... Without my permission, they are checking my credit score frequently... There is no way to stop them from doing this as they don't give unsubscribe option... They neither have customer care phone number nor any email id to complain... Complete fake... Now the fraud company is asking for minimum 350 characters to submit any complaint... Hahaha so funny motherchod... True harami.

Your showing 2 negative accounts, one is fully paid all the amount and also received noc (Home credit), but in your report it is settled, how it is. Another one is i've taken vehicle through hinduja leyland finance but i'm failed to do the payment, same i'm handed over the vehicle to financier, nothing in my hand their's property so why it is showing negative, i've lost my down payment amount sum of 37, 500/- one emi 3418/- paid,

I have paid to credit to resolve my two of the credit cards account.I have paid about 1770 on 12th june and yet have not fixes my issue.Every time i cal them it is waiting queue and if i got call back they are stating that they are working on it. I want to complaint against them for the scam they did for fraud and want the compensation.

I recd one message from you that mentioned of send mail hsbc to authorise credit mantri for representing on behalf of me. I send message to hsbc and got the reply from hsbc to pay amount of rs.23789/- for my settled amount of my credit card.
You said that we solve all problem, but problem araising in other way.

If i want to discuss with your team is become impossible.
Please give solution and contact me...

I was paid the amount of 850 rs for resolving the credit card negitive account of my hdfc credit card. I got invoice also to my mail id after paid that amount, it was almost completed one month but i didn't get any calls from credit mantri conserve. Can u pls provide the call asap and also pls resolve nd remove the native account status in my credit history..

Then error message is your pan number and your email is all ready used to other address please solve my issue, update my all details to my new number my new phone number is [protected] and my email address is [protected]@gmail.com, and my pan number is csjpm7871e please update my all data

I am srinivas chakravarthy and i get frequent mails from credit mantri stating that i hahe an unresolved issue with sbi credit card. For your kind information, i have settled all dues with sbi credit cards 14 years ago. You also mention that i have an other unsettled loan account with axis bank. For your kind information i never had any account in axis bank leave alone a loan account. If you do not stop sending such derogatory emails, i will prosecute your company.

When i have already made a settlement with my bank 9yrs back why is credit mandtri executive asking for 11k to be paid?

It is so stupid to ask for a huge amount, whereas i also have a written proof from the bank that there are no more dues pending, then why credit mantri is asking for money to fill in their employees pocket?

Dear credit mantri team, i applied personal loan in sriram city union finance through credit mantri, this is my ref no - plg10810ngc45k, credit mantri team told me loan of 1 lakh has been approved and took the appointment. But no one came to me to collect documents. I request you to resolve the issue. I called credit mantri customer care number.. No one received the calls also

Once i was checked my cibil score on your creditmantri site. But i never authorized you people to frequent checking of my cibil score and i don't want my personnel detail including phone number and pan number on your site, please delete the profile at the earliest and intimate me same through my phone and email. Please do it at the earliest. Hope it will be resolved in a day.

I want you guys to delete my data pan number and contact details.

Long back i checked my cibil score in your website. From that time you guys are repeatedly checking my cibil score without my knowledge and sending me emails with my score.

Every now and then i am getting email with cibil score.

If you guys have brains then you should know that repeatedly checking the cibil score is not good as it will reduce the score.

I dont want you people to check my cibil socre.
Delete my pan number right now or i have to go legally.

Unprofessional service by creditmantri.in the beginning they used to repeatedly call me to resolve one of my issue with cibil. But after taking making the payment of rs.750 to resolve my issue with the bank, they are absconding. I have also paid the outstanding amount to the bank and submitted the receipt of the same. Now it is impossible to contact them over phone and they don't respond to mails. Written four complaints to them and no one is bothered to respond. All they do is just send a standard system generated mail.
