I want to take the HDFC credit card and i am paid the 236 rs for that but after that its showing you are not eliglible
First ofall you have to check that candidet are eligible or not after that you have the amount ..### fullily dis agree and no coustomer care call me i dont know who you are working

Please make a correction in your portal.

As i had already forwarded mail regarding making all my payment and also submitted noc for the same. But till date my credit score had not yet increased .

However no solution or any con form reply had not been recieved from your side.

      I do not permit/authorise creditmantri to access my details using my pan or email or mobile number.

      This website tells that it shall show the cibil score for free and once they get your details they start using it at they feel free..
      Representatives keep calling. When they don't get any proper replies they start sending emails.

      Anyone who has tried this website be careful before deleting the email from creditmantri as they send attachments in which they mention you have authorised them to sign on your behalf.

      Kindly be aware of this website.

          On 20.9.18 from your side call came regarding the cibil they inform us to make the payment then only they can take for further process, i have made rs.1770+1770 (Two loans & two credit card issues on hdfc) but still now i not received any reply or feedback from your side
          I am not satisificed with your team, nobody is called till now

            Hi,

            Kindly Refer to the invoice for credit mantri subscription.
            This is to inform you that Ms. Apoorva from credit mantri team(customer care or sales team) called me on 19th & 20th sep contineusly and asked me to take subscription for service against my HDFC & SBI credit card which had already got settled by bank with paying settlement amount and I recieved letters of settlement and invoice from bank.
            Now please note this line" Apoorva (Agent ) called me many times and confirmed that sir i already checked that you have paid settlement amount to bank still your score is not good if you take subscription from credit mantri we will check with bank and make your score more than 700 .
            I repeated my question many times "how will you make my score better if banker will ask to pay fully amount bcause i made settlement with them"
            she answered you will not have to pay any amount and she assured me that she will make good score more than 700.
            but still on 20th sep i holded my discussion and asked her to call tomorrow.
            she told me very confidently that trust on me we have tie up with bank and you will not have to pay any amount as she checked i already paid amount of settlement.

            Next day I had taken subscription for my both cards and your service team confirm that i will have to pay roundly 49000 rs and 36000 rs for each card to close and make good score.

            Now I am asking to credit mantri " when i had to pay whole amount to bank then why do i make settlement with banks(either HDFC or SBI)?
            if credit mantri executive(Apoorva) knows that i will have to whole amount then only banker will close card and afterthat score will be good then why
            why she commited given false information and looted my 1700 rs. for subscription.
            this is totally crime and making person fool.
            I would request you to kindly refund my amount i don't required such a service & help i will directly talk to bank.
            otherwise i will take action against credit mantri legally. it's not about 1700 rs . it's all about looting and making fool to peo

              greetings of the day.
              As per your team advise my old standard charted bank credit card due payment done on 23/08/2018 Rs.9534 /- in favour of standard charted bank credit card division.
              But one month is over still i have received any confirmation/receipt from standard charted bank.Andit is not updated in my CIBIL report.
              i am having some plans for my business expansion. due to this cibil report i am unable to proceed further.
              kindly arrange to send the confirmation mail from Standard charted bank and also see that update the information in CIBIL.

                On number of occasion i have asked credit mantri to deactivate the account and i and to check my score without my approval. It kind of seems a big mistake. Once i checked my score with cibil. I m receiving msg and calls from them. Pls deactivate my account with immediate effect.
                Every single day they tell me the advantage and disadvantage of it and being insistent of resolving issues. I want want all my details to be removed from their system including the and pan card. Kindly do the needful at your earliest and oblige.

                  I, dr jyoti verma, had made payment through credit mantri to the sbi credit card for the negative accounts claimed by them. But the amount of 17979 paid on 7th september 2018 did not reached to sbi credit card and bank is denying of any such activity allowed to the credit mantri. How could they claim and where is my money gone.
                  I had made payment through the email details they send to me by debit card
                  They called me repeatedly till i made payment. I have details of the mode of payment and mail of their accepting of the payment also. They are asking me to wait for 30-60days as update in bank takes time. But sbi credit card customer care has told me there is no negative issues and it is completely closed. Please help me to refund my money back. Now they are hardly giving a call for the complaint and mailing me to wait.

                      I got an advertisement from Credit Mantri to check the scores. So, I entered my information to check the Cibil score. Within a few minutes, got calls from Credit Mantri to pay and clear outstanding to increase the cibil score. Bank agents call for Credit cards and loans. Unable to remove my information or accounts from CreditMantri website. There's no option to deactivate my account.

But, on date 07/09/2018 we had received an email and text message from credit mantri that our appointment with shriram city union has been reschedule on date 08/09/2018 time 06:30 pm. But unfortunately, associate from shriram union city has not visited our place for meeting/ document collection from us on date 08/09/2018 and we has received an email and text message from credit mantri regarding, status inquiry for shriram union city delicate visited to our place.
                          Today on date 09/09/2018 we are still waiting for contact call from shriram city union delicate to visit our place and complete the verification process. We hope for your needful. Kindly please revert me back on my registered email and registered contact number.

                            Never get trapped to this fraud site... Without my permission, they are checking my credit score frequently... There is no way to stop them from doing this as they don't give unsubscribe option... They neither have customer care phone number nor any email id to complain... Complete fake... Now the fraud company is asking for minimum 350 characters to submit any complaint... Hahaha so funny motherchod... True harami.

                            Delete my account from credit mantri. Com every 5 min you are calling me for loan and credit card. I dnt want anything. Not even your score. So delete it.                             As i see on my a/c that the status of mine loan account is active in creditmantri while it has been already closed in june 2018 but even my two loan accounts are active there. And i don't know why my "24" equafax no. has been decreased as before it was 747. it is very bad for me, why i loose my 24 points.

                              I Am not Eligible for applying any credit card even my CIBIL score was 821 could you please suggest what can I do for getting eligible
                              Number 1 fraud agency, after you pay the amount they not pick the call and not support. even your credit score is good this site will show you less make the pool to the customer and ask for subscribe to reslove good credit score. it's big fraud drama.

                                Your showing 2 negative accounts, one is fully paid all the amount and also received noc (Home credit), but in your report it is settled, how it is. Another one is i've taken vehicle through hinduja leyland finance but i'm failed to do the payment, same i'm handed over the vehicle to financier, nothing in my hand their's property so why it is showing negative, i've lost my down payment amount sum of 37, 500/- one emi 3418/- paid,

                                  I have paid to credit to resolve my two of the credit cards account.I have paid about 1770 on 12th june and yet have not fixes my issue.Every time i cal them it is waiting queue and if i got call back they are stating that they are working on it. I want to complaint against them for the scam they did for fraud and want the compensation.

                                      I was paid the amount of 850 rs for resolving the credit card negitive account of my hdfc credit card. I got invoice also to my mail id after paid that amount, it was almost completed one month but i didn't get any calls from credit mantri conserve. Can u pls provide the call asap and also pls resolve nd remove the native account status in my credit history..
