I am srinivas chakravarthy and i get frequent mails from credit mantri stating that i hahe an unresolved issue with sbi credit card. For your kind information, i have settled all dues with sbi credit cards 14 years ago. You also mention that i have an other unsettled loan account with axis bank. For your kind information i never had any account in axis bank leave alone a loan account. If you do not stop sending such derogatory emails, i will prosecute your company.

Remove my all the information from your system i do not want to receive anymore emails neither any calls.

When i have already made a settlement with my bank 9yrs back why is credit mandtri executive asking for 11k to be paid?

It is so stupid to ask for a huge amount, whereas i also have a written proof from the bank that there are no more dues pending, then why credit mantri is asking for money to fill in their employees pocket?

Dear credit mantri team, i applied personal loan in sriram city union finance through credit mantri, this is my ref no - plg10810ngc45k, credit mantri team told me loan of 1 lakh has been approved and took the appointment. But no one came to me to collect documents. I request you to resolve the issue. I called credit mantri customer care number.. No one received the calls also

Once i was checked my cibil score on your creditmantri site. But i never authorized you people to frequent checking of my cibil score and i don't want my personnel detail including phone number and pan number on your site, please delete the profile at the earliest and intimate me same through my phone and email. Please do it at the earliest. Hope it will be resolved in a day.

Long back i checked my cibil score in your website. From that time you guys are repeatedly checking my cibil score without my knowledge and sending me emails with my score.

Every now and then i am getting email with cibil score.

If you guys have brains then you should know that repeatedly checking the cibil score is not good as it will reduce the score.

I dont want you people to check my cibil socre.
Delete my pan number right now or i have to go legally.

Unprofessional service by creditmantri.in the beginning they used to repeatedly call me to resolve one of my issue with cibil. But after taking making the payment of rs.750 to resolve my issue with the bank, they are absconding. I have also paid the outstanding amount to the bank and submitted the receipt of the same. Now it is impossible to contact them over phone and they don't respond to mails. Written four complaints to them and no one is bothered to respond. All they do is just send a standard system generated mail.

I want you guys to delete my data pan number and contact details.

This is not the first time. Why do I even visit so call credit mantri..plz delete each and every piece info. Of mine.

I do not open this account in credit mantri.i am a government retired service man i have only one bank account .. they call me on my number continuously ..but i do not apply for any loan plz kindly help in this issue.. this account is not not mine aur the bank account number does not belongs to me. the email copy is attached with this complaint so you can help me to resolve my issue and i just want to delete this my account permanately... they drop my stauses in banks plz help .

This is rahil khan so many mail give it to you but no favourable reply from your side. Today on dated 11.08.2018 now when i opened my account there is two mode of payment is open in the account amount of 7814x2= 15628/- why? See i am touch with you only because you are the moderator for resolve the issue of your client and you are make a good credit score. Sir last month july 31st is the last date of payment on that time the lender has no response now when the lender response so there is two mode of payment in my account so why should i make a two payment 7814x2=15628/- please cleared this issue.
Hope you will take a prompt action as soon as possible and cleared this issue i will make only 1 payment 7814/- to my lender (Hinduja leyland) otherwise i will go hinduja office and cleared my issue.

Dear sir/ madam,

I received a call from creditmantri they will resolve my credit card negative issues and asking me to subscription purpose. I have paid rs.1750/- to resolve my two credit issues.

I was subscribed for two negative issues resolving purpose. After two days they have told me that you have some balances with the credit cards and pay the full amounts as already i have settled with the banks last 18 months back.

After subscribed with creditmantri they are calling every day to pay the outstanding credit card amount where i have already settled the banks given me "0" balance. I have already told them who are you told me to pay my outstanding amounts as i have already settled and o/s is zero.

They are keep on disturbing me to pay the credit card o/s amounts as they resolve my negative issues. Who are they to told me to pay my banks settled o/s amount? Whether i have to pay then i will directly approach the concerned banks! They are mediators, brokers & agents to banks only. They will not favor to clients.

Today i have aggressively told them don't call me again and again i will not resolve my negative issues. Stop keep on call.

Earlier i shared my number with credit mantri to check on my cibil and to seek help clearing the amount.
Later i decided not to go with the services. I requested them not to call. But on daily basis i recieve 3 to 5 calls and i am annoyed. It has been one year since i am requesting them not to call, but they daily call from unknown numbers. I feel this is marketing harrassment. Shall i check with my lawyer to collect call recordings, evidences and file a case, or you will be generous to help me here?.

I have checked my details in Creditmantri but suddenly i am surprised to see many canara bank accounts, Central bank accounts where i never had a any account. It was my mistake to open creditmantri web site on google by mistake i fill my details and i saw a nagative response and a fake loan accounts on canara bank, central bank account, which is not mine or i have never transacted in these banks at all .
Kindly delete my all details of PAN and email in Creditmantri which i am unable to do.
This is completely a cheating site and fake website and i am planning to report against this site in cyber cell.

Dear sir, my cibil score in bank bazaar it is showing near about 850. But only in a credit manthri my cibil score is 726 for a long time. I can't understand why it is like this. Due to wrong information in profile is getting damage. So kindly ask me if you want any details i will send. Bankers use to see cibil score you are aware about it. Even though each and every payment is prompt without any delay or penalty so for. So kindly do the needful.

My cibil was 608 last month as per your now it says 506. I have not don't cheque bounce or not enquired about loan. How can it be reduced. Please delete my account.
