Its been more than 3 weeks I have paid for resolution for my negative account but still there is no any response till date, its not good at all that though you get the payment, not taking any action about my negative account, only getting reply that we have forwarded to accounts department, its been more than two week you have forwarded my file to accounts department but still didnt get any resolution, kindly check and do the needful...

I have already pay Rs.1179 for incresae credit score.but no any reply from creditmantri...and customer care didnot touch to me....

Have subscribed for 2 negative account but still one of my negative account which i have subscribed for is not resolved.

Have been following up since long time but still my query is not resolved nor iam receiving any call from the executive.

They have asked me to subscribe to credit mantri and they promised me that they will resolve my negative issue and improve my credit score..ive subscribed long back and still my issue is not solved..no coustomer care numbers and not responding to my queries this is not at all fare from the team.. I want the issue to be solved as soon as possible...

I have foreclosure my settled credit card account with creditmantri and they told me within 20days they will provide me the NOC and its been one month and still i have not got the NOC. Kindly help....

I have applied for resolution in my cibil report. Around 1200 rupees paid to you. But still issue not cleared. Even you have not provided any customer care number to call you and to know the status.

I have made payment 90 days ago to my bajaj loan and which should be reflected in 45-60 days. Now today its 90 days and above I receive a call from bajaj to pay my penalty amount which is already paid in july 2021. I have uploaded the proof as well. I asks for a call back since 2 days but no answer. I need to clear it out asap. Or else now i will knock the consumer court door for defamation and your company will be liable For not replying...

One of the person called from credit mantri if amount paid your negative account remove from CIBIL report then I paid 2700 Rs after that there's no any response even I don't the status my record I tried to reach credit mantri through mail ([protected]@creditmantri.com) and executive mobile number also there is no any response, almost cheated by credit mantri, I suggest people do not believe credit mantri and customer care service...

I don't want my credit score checked. Please deactivate my creditmantri profile and delete my account details including my pan. And please confirm the deactivation per return email or text notification. I want the process to be completed very soon. And confirm me via my phone number. I am forced to do this because i cannot find any deactivation option in your app or in webste! Otherwise i would have done it myself.br...
