My name is Akshat, i subscribed for the services on 26 November 2021 by paying 1179 on company's website for clearing my one of the credit card dues. I have been told that services shall start once you take this plan and pay 1179. Therefore, i paid this amount and took the services. However, thereafter i received a call from one of your representative who was rude, selfish, cheap and annoyed. He asked me to pay another amount of more than 500 then only your services will start and when i said that i wont pay any amount further, then he disconnected the call. Kindly take immediate action and refund my amount or start the services asap. Otherwise ill sue your company in consume court.
