Vishal infant d [protected] has misled me and is not following up. He gave me a false representation to pay my hdfc dues. I chose 1 shot payment & yet it says payments awaited. I wrote multiple queries please check my account. They close queries and vishal has not called me in months and doesn't answer. No supervisor call. Consumer court is my only option. CreditMantri are frauds
They are showing one of my credit cards as active, even though the same has been hotlisted 4 years ago. The card is not even visible in the active card list of my HDFC account.
Shame on you CreditMantri for showing incorrect information as a means to extract money.
Pathetic!! Bloody scoundrels!!
