This is to inform you that, the amount had collected from me for the purpose of credit improvement services for rs.1991/- vide client id : cm214002 and invoice number : inv/cis/ars/2017-18/s/jul/00166805 on 04 jan 2019 and invoice number : inv/cis/ars/2017-18/s/jul/00166788 for rs.997/- on 04 jan 2019 in totaling rs.2988/-. But still now there are any improvements in my accounts till now.
Kindly request you to return back or refund my amount to following bank account as early as possible.
