CreditMantri — paying past dues to clear negative accounts

I have applied for clearing negative account on[protected] client id:cm-187774 and paid rs.997.00 + rs.1994.00 for removing negative account with
1) hsbc 2) royal 3) icici.

So far i have not received the feed back and latest status of the matter.

It is almost impossible to reach "need help" also impossible to talk to your concerned person.
