Complaint marked as Resolved I enrolled in a course from Crio.Do through a loan provided by their NBFC partner. The loan amount was directly disbursed to Crio.Do.
However, I requested cancellation immediately after disbursement and before attending any classes or accessing any course content. I have not availed any services from Crio.Do.
Despite this, Crio.Do has not refunded the loan amount to the NBFC partner. The NBFC has agreed to close the loan if the refund is processed, but due to Crio.Do's delay, I am facing unnecessary financial liability.
I have sent multiple emails requesting cancellation and refund, but no proper resolution has been provided.
I request immediate refund of the full amount to the NBFC partner and closure of my loan account without any charges.
