[Resolved]  Crizal — crizal prevencia authenticity check

Hi,
I have purchased a specs from himalaya optics with crizal prevencia lenses. I have doubt on the lense authenticity. I'm not satisfied with the lenses. These lenses are not as per the crizal standard. I face dust clotting issue, side view are not so clear.
I have received only a simple invoice from sailer where crizal is no mentioned anywhere. I have not received any crizal authentication card and kits.

Kindly suggest how i'll check the lense authenticity.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Ideally you should have received an authenticity card from your optician as that stands as the proof for Crizal prevencia. We do not have a fog Id option on the lens for Crizal Prevencia.

Kindly ask your optician to provide you with the Certificate of authenticity. If you can share the invoice copy at [protected]@essilorindia.com we will co-ordinate with your optician to provide you with the authenticity card and also try to resolve the issue that your facing.

I purchased crizal prevencia lenses from Burj Opticals Jalandhar for Rs.2500 along with the warranty card. When my friend went to buy the same lenses after a week he charged Rs.3600.
1. He sold me the lenses by saying it is original.
2. When my friend enquired about the price he said her's are original.
Now I want to do the quality/originality check for my lenses. How can I find wether my lenses are real or fake?
