I'm a 10 year customer of Crizal, this is my 6th pair of crizal glasses and I've never faced issues like this in past.
Got my 3rd prevencia on 21 October 2021, and within 1.5 months it developed so many scratches that it looked like the 2 year old prevencia glasses that I had earlier, it is difficult to see through it.
I use them normally as I've been using my crizals from last 10 years.
The dealer from Gurgaon denied any responsibility and claimed ignorance, he failed to give any satisfactory response to replacement as its been only 50 days since the purchase.
If this is the kind of quality and service provided by Crizal nowadays, I'll never buy Crizal again and refrain other people from doing so too. This is outrageous.
I demand a swift replacement of my 50 days old heavily scratched glasses or else I'll be compelled to file a case in consumer court and defame the glasses.
Warranty certificate, Payment receipt attached, 1000 was paid in cash.

The optician couldn't ve less ignorant about it. He's denying any responsibility in this regard.
